We will hire Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who will help Participants integrate and enroll into community leagues, libraries, clubs, and organizations of their choosing for personal growth and development  to learn a variety of skills alongside other community members. We strive to help Participants achieve:

• To provide the participant with the development and maintenance of skills related to community membership through engagement in community-based activities with participants without disabilities.
• To provide the participant access and support to engage in community-based activities for the development, acquisition, and maintenance of skills to increase the participant's independence related to community integration with participants without disabilities.
