Beyond Healthcare Inc. Respite Care: Your Home or Away from

Beyond Healthcare Inc. provides participants with new opportunities, experiences, and self-determination that benefit both the participant and the caregiver. We are available to provide respite care 24 hours a day and seven days a week, subject to the hours approved and documented in the person-centered plan and modified service funding plan as agreed by the team.

We provide comprehensive respite care in the following locations:

1. The participant's own home.
2. The home of a respite care provider.
3. A licensed residential site.

 BEYOND HEALTHCARE will provide qualified staff to deliver respite care and support when the primary caregiver/ family has an unplanned life event, planned activities, or emergency that takes them away from the responsibility of caring for the participant. The respite will be completed through an approved plan for the participant by qualified direct support professionals who will be trained on all person-centered plan needs and medical support needs of the participant for respite care will be given. The training will be provided by a family member and or a qualified team member, such as the case manager or Designee from the Agency.

Yes, we create individualized care plans during the respite period to ensure their unique needs are met. Our staff members work closely with residents and their families to develop these plans.
